Unfortunately all Valley Rentals Residential Properties do not allow pets. Please call or message us with any concerns.

Each different category of rental changes the required duration of the lease.

• Residential Apartments, Houses, and the Loft Condos all have a 1-year lease requirement then month by month with 30 days notice prior to move out

• Commercial leases are dependent on the rental space and vary

• Storage Sheds are all on a month to month basis with no need for a 30 day notice

Yes, there is a required refundable damage deposit that all residential, commercial and storage sheds tenants must pay prior to move-in. This deposit is equal to the first month's rent for all properties and cannot be used towards the last months rent. All refunds will be sent within 30 days of the tenant moving out when applicable.

Valley Rentals operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
